The Geelong Branch of Australia's National Maternity Consumer Organisation
Maternity Coalition is the national childbirth consumer organisation who work to bring information and real choice in maternity services to all Australian women and their families.
Maternity Coalition is an umbrella organisation bringing together groups and individuals across Australia who are involved in pregnancy and childbirth. The organisation creates networks for effective lobbying, information-sharing and support in pregnancy, birth and beyond. Maternity Coalition supports consumer and midwife participation at all levels of health-policy planning and service delivery.

The goal of Global Neighbourhood is to protect the one neighbourhood that is shared by all creatures. The environment of the earth links the whole world into one large global neighbourhood. We have not taken adequate care of our neighbourhood, and it will cause us irreparable harm if we don’t change the way that we treat our world. Global Neighbourhood hopes to initiate this change on many levels.
More specifically, our aim is to inform and equip those who are most affected by climate change. This primary group that we will be directly working with is children, who will inherit the damaged world that we adults have left them.
